New Campers
If you do not have a Herbert Wellness Center account, create your profile as a guest online and add dependents. Click here for instructions.
- Go to the Herbert Wellness Center registration portal.
- Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
- Create an account under your name.
- Check your email and activate your account.
- Return to the registration portal homepage, hover over your profile name, and click on "Profile".
- Under Personal Information, scroll to the bottom and find "Add Family".
- Fill out your camper's information and select "Relationship" as "Dependent".
- Beginning your registration period, you may enroll in the sessions you would like according to the campers age group.
Note: Please make sure you have a unique email on file for each parent in order to log on correctly (excludes students, faculty and staff).
Returning Campers
Returning campers must submit any changes in health history if any.
New Siblings of Returning Campers
Camper's completed enrollment packet will need to be emailed to minicanescamp@miami.edu.
Instructions: Download the New Sibling Form and type-in all required information. Save your files for your records.

Steps to Register
- To expedite the enrollment process, if you do not have a Herbert Wellness Center account, create your profile as a guest online and add dependents. Click here for instructions.
- Email completed enrollment packet to minicanescamp@miami.edu.
- We will confirm and notify you that you can register online. Details on how to do so will be communicated to you during confirmation. Please allow us one full business day to review and confirm.
- Please do not send your enrollment packet before the registration period as it will not be accepted.
- If an incomplete enrollment packet is submitted, you will be notified and will have to re-submit all required information again
- All spots are first come, first serve.
